What a Week-End!!

Hey ya'll! As told in the title, What a Week-End! Charley and I have been in Destin, FL since Fri March 2. We came down on a free condo week-end. We did not stay AT the condo, but an OK Inn on Destin Bay. Of course since our room was "free", we did not face the Bay or have a King bed - only 2 doubles that were passable. The first day we checked in, I got a contact high from the pot that was being smoked on our floor! What a beginning. Anyway - the front desk took care of it and we haven't had any problems.
We had great weather even though it was very cool and windy today, but also very sunny. We went shopping and got some great bargains at the Outlet Mall and all kinds of souvenirs for everyone else. Also got to taste some good food and candy. We went to see "Wild Hogs" Friday night at the movies at Destin Commons and it was very good - I laughed so hard I almost wet my pants!! Now if I want to see Zodiac, Charley said I'll have to see it with someone else because he doesn't care for those kind of movies. I guess it would be different if it was Pinkie and the Brain, huh Charley?!
I am getting along since my disability last year. I have bad days and worse days, but some days are good enough to work in the yard or sew a little. I keep busy with reading, BonDoggie and The Grandkids. That keeps me pretty busy.
Guess I'll close and get ready for bed. Us "Old People" need our rest. Later Ya'll - Gammy
